From September 17th to 18th, after two days of intense and fierce competition, the 2021 Aoli employee skill level certification came to a successful conclusion.

The company attached great importance to this competition, and members of the company's leadership team visited the site to observe and give guidance.

A total of 196 employees participated in the Aoli staff skill level certification. The skill certification is divided into two categories: theory test and workshop practical skill test. There is one main arena and two sub-fields.

The employees participating in this skill level certification are outstanding employees selected by each production section of Aoli Company.

This skill competition inspired all employees to learn from the pacesetters and surpass the benchmark. At the same time, it encourages employees to learn technology, practice their skills, develop their skills, and further establish their determination to catch up with the benchmark.
