The amount of film used in the laminating machine is mainly related to the operation level. It is recommended to:
1. The product to be constructed must be straight. Handle uneven paper with "ruffled edges" and "tight edges". Paper with "ruffled edge" can be baked, and paper with "tight edge" can be suspended.
2. Be sure to wait for the blot to dry before coating, otherwise it will cause blistering or hair pulling.
3. Spray as little powder as possible during printing, otherwise it will cause emptying and bubbling at the pile of powder. Before spraying the film, the powder should be treated. If there is a large number of prints, the powder can be hung to remove the powder.
4. When laminating, pay attention to the direction of the paper strands, especially thick paper, to reduce the phenomenon of curling caused by rolling and stretching.
There is also: the temperature is generally controlled to 40 ~ 60 ℃. Too high a temperature will deform the paper and film, causing the product to curl, but not too low, otherwise it will cause insufficient viscosity. The temperature of coated paper should be slightly lower than that of offset paper.
